A wonderful book by Alex Rutherford. I was hooked to it from the first page itself.It tells the story of Babur when he was a 12 yr old and had become the king of Ferghana to his final destination Delhi.
I was always fascinated by mughals and how a an outsider could successfully rule India for generations. This is based on Baburnama written by Babur himself.Worth reading even if you treat it as a fiction.
